If an order arrives damaged:

• Cream/ointment tube is pierced or squeezed out in to the packaging

  • We will send a replacement product after sufficient evidence has been provided of the damaged product. Once the replacement has been approved the damaged tube(s) must be disposed of at your local pharmacy.

• Liquid/Solution bottle is leaking or smashed

• CANCEL: ‘Cancel’ or ‘Cancellation’ of an order would refer to an order being cancelled before it is shipped by 1Daymeds Pharmacy. Cancellations are allowed till the order has been shipped/dispatched from 1Daymeds Pharmacy. Once the Order is dispatched/Shipped no cancellations are allowed.
